No Future
by Nick Zedd

What is a pre-emptive strike? A pre-emptive strike is an unprovoked invasion of another country. Though condemned by international law such actions by the U.S. government in Iraq will represent our right to introduce chaos into world affairs. The policy of attacking an embargoed, impoverished and militarily crippled opponent can be justified by identifying aggression as a defensive measure. This will be acceptable since the United States possesses the world's largest arsenal of weapons of mass destruction.
Glitches:
If any member of the Establishment considered an expert in foreign affairs thanks to a history of support for U.S. imperialism disagrees with the doctrine of pre-emptive war, he must no longer be invited onto television programs like Meet The Press, Nightline or World News Tonight. Individuals such as former National Security Advisor Brent Scowcroft, former U.N. Weapons Inspector Scott Ritter or Senator Kerry in such instances must be marginalized and/or demonized for their unwanted opinions.
It may be necessary to invite lesser analysts of U.S. foreign policy to dissect the motives of those who refute our views in order to discredit them in the eyes of TV viewers. This is part of the consent manufacturing process wherein the general public is effectively disinformed.
Recommendations:
Feature guests from the Pentagon to throw around sound-bites like "he lost his marbles" "did a Section-8" or "he flipped" to describe anyone opposed to the application of ignorance and fear in the decision making process regarding war.
No one must be allowed to question or oppose our governments efforts to start a third world war. Our President and his advisors have identified an enemy for us and it is our duty to send our sons and daughters to go die in order that we may aquire more oil fields in the Middle East to power our SUVs.
Who among us has the right to question the wisdom of our unelected leaders?
Our Presidents lawyers have determined that Congress need not be consulted nor will it be necessary to invoke the War Powers Act or to obey the U.N. Charter in our War On Terror.
If every country on earth with the exception of Israel and Britain opposes our actions we still can do as we please since we have the biggest weapons.
No country in the world has the right to develop the weapons of mass destruction we possess.
If we feel that in the future some country will some day possess these weapons our armed forces have a right to invade and destroy that country before any crimes have been committed. These crimes of the future must be stopped before they occur. We reserve the exclusive right to commit these crimes in the interests of national security and in order to preserve and defend the profits of our multinational corporations as they do business overseas and downsize our work force.
There is plenty of prison space now being built for Americas unemployed people. Within our modernized and privatized correctional institutions cheap non-union labor shall grow and supply all our consumer needs and increase the profit margins of our largest business enterprises.
Some may call it slave labor but remember:
Slavery Is Freedom.
Ignorance Is Strength.
War Is Peace.
It's all how you look at it.
Blessed are the peace makers like our Tomahawk missiles and B-1 bombers.

Blessed are our men of peace Ariel Sharon and George Bush who will invade and destroy any foe as long as they are weaker than us. No unarmed Palestinian family can expect their house to stand up against our bulldozers. Blessed are Yasser Arafat and the Palestinian Authority for being able to control their suicide bombers while cowering in a crumbling building. Suicide bombers kill innocent people too. Make no mistake. Even if we don't catch Osama Bin Laden, our 21st Century Wars will enrich the bank accounts of arms manufacturers, multinational oil conglomerates and the Republican party while diverting our attention from a crumbling economy, no national healthcare and increased unemployment.
Never call negative growth shrinkage.
Creative destruction is our motto.
Now let's be cheerful about it.
Go out and kill.
